Can anyone help me with my increasingly slow broadband and poor wifi. I have just done a speed test using speed.com and it is 15mbps and I am paying for broadband 'super fast'.
This is a screen shot of my hub stats. Does anyone know what this means?!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhat speed did Sky say you should get when you first signed up? It looks like you have a long line so the maximum speed achievable is around 35mbps. However doing a speedtest over WiFi may result in lower speeds as you are subject to interference & slow downs. Testing over ethernet would give you an accurate reading.
