Slow broadband and ? Parental block/ safe search
Hi , I’ve recently joined sky and noticed it is very slow WiFi on my mobile . It would appear there is parental control or a safe search on this . Can it be lifted ? There are no children using it . I have no problem with my previous provider

@ChrisMalone88 Ofcom require ISPs to apply filters to protect children by default. The account holder can change the settings in the My Sky app settings for Sky Broadband Shield
