Slow broadband. When I have done a speed test it’s only 5meg

We have a holiday home in Cornwall and we have come for the weekend and the broadband is really slow and u have work to do

You can try the online test in the My Sky app or the Sky website, but be aware that Openreach doesn't do domestic broadband support at weekends.
