Slow and unstable broadband

Hi,

 

Help needed with my broadband as it's very intermittent and slow. Not been an issue in a long time and not sure what's happened/gone wrong. 

Its been an ongoing issue for a few days and k thought a factory reset of the router had fixed it but issues are back this morning. Here are some stats:

@Tom.b93  Is the laptop only connected to Wi-Fi or was it hardwired to do the speed tests or is it able to?

I've connected the same laptop up to the router with a wired connection and here are the results:

Do you think this is a WIFI issue?

Should add that the wired connection to my Sky Q is having similar issues.
