Slow and intermittent internet and can’t contact sky for help

The sky internet has become slow and intermittent. After running the recommended tests the app says everything is fine but I can't run a video call without buffering nor would a tv program run last night. 

I tried to get a hold of a human at sky but I just get a bot.

 

A few years ago after a lot of rain there was water in one of the connection boxes and the cables needed to be replaced. I was hoping a sky support person could come and check that again.

@Stand_for_good Sky have an issue which has meant their contact centre is closed and some of the online services are down.
