Slow Wifi and Dropped signals

For the last week our wifi signal has been poor. I had to change my mobile providers mobile data to use the internet. I had done a speed and connectivity check on this site and it  shows 109Mbps. We do not have any gaming or streaming and our use is purely email, school work, work-based platforms so I dont understand the reason given that its fibre and shows that the speed is 109Mbps.
