Slow WiFi in main bedroom

Hi as per our contract with sky we have a guarantee for speeds across our entire house, however we are getting less then 10MBps to our TV in our bedroom. With having a newborn we use this TV on a VERY regular basis. We are now struggling with constant buffering, low streaming quality and just poor service.

@Libby24 Sky only really guarantee wifi speeds if you buy an add-on package if you read the https://www.sky.com/help/articles/wall-to-wall-wifi-guarantee you will see what i mean, by the way you will need significantly faster wifi than 3Mb/s to stream video.

Sky will try to sell you their WiFi Max bundle which does have a reasonable speed guarantee see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or you can buy your own third party WiFi kit if you prefer.
