Slow WiFi Even Near Main Sky Q Box
Sat 15ft from my Sky Q box and getting less than 200kbps on my iPad. Yes kbps! Has been slower since converting to fibre (well over 10 days ago). Would welcome help from someone who really understands this stuff in detail e.g. qualified network engineer. Thanks in advance...

2 Sky Boosters
Sky Fibre 500GB (if only!!!)

Re: Slow WiFi Even Near Main Sky Q Box
@StuartW1 what colour is your Sky hub? I know thst sounds a silly question but if you have the new white type there is a simple explanation that your Sky Q boxes etc no longer have hot spots your devices can connect to as the new hub is not compatable with the old Sky WiFi mesh.
If you still have a black hub things are a bit odd.

Re: Slow WiFi Even Near Main Sky Q Box
Many thanks for your response Chrisee. I have 1x Black Hub and 2x White Boosters. Sat about 20ft from a booster at the moment and getting 200kbps. If I stand next to the router I get 300mbps, Ethernet connection to Computer get 450mbps.
