Is it just me or within the past week as anyone else been experiencing Low/slot download speeds, I used to get between 5-7 MBPS, Now I'm getting 1.6 Mbps, I accidentally uninstalled GTA and wondered why it said it would take like 16 hours till I realised the speed it was downloading at

That is such a bad line noise 23db so you need an engineer
