Recently, I have been experiencing really slow internet in one room. All devices have very low speeds on internet speed tests but then Sky says everything is normal. I have tried an online chat and they say to restart the internet from the router. This fixes the issue but only for a few hours and then the speeds are back to being around 5 - 10 Mbps. This is a new issue as we have had this broadband for a year now and we have only just started experiencing this in the last week or so. It is very frustrating so I am looking for any guidance.
