Slow Broadband

I have had sky Broadband for a couple of weeks and I am finding it really slow. When I receive emails there are not fully download and contain small blue boxes I have to click to view via the website. I use safari on my iPad and this is really slow moving to the next page and you can see the wheel at the top right hand moving around. I have been on the virtual so called help and all you get is do checks which I have done. These have shown everything is working but it's not.

Having to click on an email to view its full HTML content would have no relevance to your broadband speed. There is a small chance that its being caused by Sky Broadband Shield, you can disable it by going to the settings here https://www.sky.com/myaccount/bb-and-talk/broadband-shield

 

Regarding your slow performance can you please post your router stats
