Hi,
Hoping I can get some help again through Sky Community.
I posted a query back in February (https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Slow-Broadband/m-p/4033434#M302597).
Sadly, following support from a Sky employee, I have seen no improvement in speed, with it getting worse over the last few weeks. The Sky test is showing a download speed of 21Mbps, when my usually available speed should be between 39 and 55Mbps, with a guaranteed speed of 33Mbps. As mentioned in my original post, before this issue started, I was getting a reliable speed of around 40Mbps.
Any help with this would be very much appreciated!

You need to phone in and tell them I had this for ages most of the time it didn't work at all they had to come rewire half my house because the connection just wasn't doing anything . It's still not great but guess it is what it is
