Slow Broadband speeds

Previously reported picture freezing and slow broadband speeds. Following a modem reset and update the picture freezing is no longer an issue (for now). Broadband speed went up to 135 mbps in one test the day after the update, but now, a couple of days later, it has rreverted to low speeds - typically 30 to 60 mbps, occasionally under 20 mbps or over 80 mbps.
