Sloooowwwww Broadband
HI There,
I have Sky Broadboand, and 3 Sky Streams. The laptops and phones on the Broadband are painfully show, test speeds seem fine, but it's got so bad that i'm mostly hotspotting off my phone's data now just to get stuff done.
I've copied the stats from my router.. anyone see a reason why it's so slow?!
Help! and thank you

Re: Sloooowwwww Broadband
@bandito1 as you have a gigabit full fibre connection the stats tell us relstively little and as you only have devices connected by Wifi it is going to be difficult to determine if the issue is the wifi speed in uour home or an issue at Sky's end.
Running a speed test over an ethernet cable should give you speeds around 900Mb/s. On your current hub you should getvspeeds over wifi of 600Mb/s in the same room as the hub but speeds will inevitably drop as you move further away. Whole testing spedds check nothing else is using the link.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode

Re: Sloooowwwww Broadband
Similar problem, has been slow most of this afternoon resulting in getting d/c etc; seems to be affecting laptop and phone more than TV and game platform. Current download speed 48mbps

Re: Sloooowwwww Broadband
Do you have any suspicion what might be causing it?? Is the answer to move away from Sky do you think?!
