Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@ElliottN I would have expected the connection test in the My Sky app to have offered an engineers check as those stats indicate a fault. If it doesn't call Sky as your line is not working properly download is 6.4Mb/s and noise margin is 8.3dB which both indicate a line fault of some sort.
