Skybradband connection and it's not at all stable and getting disconnected very often

Got a new Skybradband connection and it's not at all stable and getting disconnected very often for 30 sec to few minutes. There's no issue with my ONT because I was using the previous tenant's sky router earlier and itwas working perfectly fine. The moment I switched to the new bradband connection from sky and started using my new router facing lot of problems. It's often getting disconnected, due to this I am getting no network in between for few minutes and getting the network back, my calls and meetings are getting disconnected very often, sometimes not even able to make the call since network is not available and getting back the network after 1 or 2 minutes. It's keep on happening like this like there's a interruption atleast for each 2 min or 5 minutes. Really struggling with this. Called the Sky Support Team and they are saying for new connections we use to face this issue related to network stability and can't get any details for next 14 days and I am not sure whether it will be resolved even after the 14 days. If Sky is saying I need to live this issue for 14 days why they are charging me. I am paying money and struggling with them such a worst service 😒

I have the same issue. Just got my new Sky wifi broadband and the service is quite poor. Intermittent connectivity and regular latency drops. It is impossible to hold a decent video conference call with this performance. And it is supposed to be ultrafast fibre! I am also unable to reach a human customer service to help me with the issue.
