I have the same issue. Just got my new Sky wifi broadband and the service is quite poor. Intermittent connectivity and regular latency drops. It is impossible to hold a decent video conference call with this performance. And it is supposed to be ultrafast fibre! I am also unable to reach a human customer service to help me with the issue.
