Upgraded to Sky Q last week, new router installed and although all wifi settings have been made to hardware still my computer will not connect to my printer. My computer says it recognises printer but npothing prints, get the message that it is offline when it is not.
Please help.

Upgrading to Sky Q should not affect your existing home broadband network, or did you upgrade your broadband service at the same time?

@Angie12345Unhap If you haven't already uninstall the printer drivers and reinstall them again, or reset the printer to factory default and set it up again...

I disagree - that is exactly what has happened to me. My Sky Q router does not recognise or connect over Sky WIFI with my printer. I recently changed from SKY HD plus to Sky Q: I have not had any problems with my printer until this change. I may not be a tech expert, but I know my inabilty to print is directly related to this change.
