Sky won't fulfil my Fibre order
OpenReach have recently installed FTTP at my apartment block. I waited two weeks as advised and then placed an order with Sky for Fibre, as did my neighbour. An Open Reach engineer attended the property, but there was some connection issue, with a light flashing on the Fibre adapter. Since then nothing has progressed. Sky inform me that they've been told by Open Reach they need to cancel and create a new order to line up the systems (or something of that nature) but each time i call or they call me they tell me it's not been done and to try again in a week's time. It's been over two months since the original order and there's been no progress. In the meantime, my neighbour has been up and running with their fibre connection since their initial order.
I don't know what to do to get this resolved, everyone i talk to at Sky has no idea how to progress / cancel this order and frankly just wants to get rid of me from their queue.
