Sky won’t connect to router

I'm trying to turn on my sky but V it's telling me there's no connection to the Internet or accepting my passcode

@Trevor46 what Sky box are you trying to connect Sky+HD, Sky Q mainnbox, Sky Q mini or Sky Stream? Each can behave differently and if you arexwith Sky Broadband what is the colour ofvthe hub?

Hi. I've got a sky stream & it's a white router box.

 The two went off today &  just don't want to pair up

@Trevor46 reboot the Sky hub wait until it is fully restarted then try to connect the Stream puck using the wps method.

Hi thanks for the advice. 
I've tried this & it's still saying no internet connection.

 I've even tried putting my password in but it just doesn't want to recognise my puck

@Trevor46 try a full reset of the hub by pressing and holding in the wps button until the led starts flashing green and tge releasing which takes roughly 30 seconds. 

When reconnecting the puck use the optionfor the Sky hubs which places gge puck in wps search mode then press the hub's wps button for three seconds and the led should flash blue and the two should connect.
