Sky wig booster box not good

A few weeks ago we had a sky broadband changed over to full fibre since then I reconnected the sky Wi-Fi booster box but the signal is shocking. I work from home and cannot conduct video calls as the signal is not strong enough and keeps dropping out. I need this working ASAP, please
