Sky wifi test seems all good but speed is poor

As per title, it looks like everything is fine and connected but speed tests are poor 10/12 mb/s although I am very close to the hub. What could be the reasons I am on 500mb contract

@VvEmanuele What are you testing with and how are you testing? Also one device for the speed test or multiple devices are showing the same?

Hi, on different devices I am getting a download speed of 30mb using Ookla speed test
