Sky wifi not working on all devices and apps

I just checked and it actually is a router.

It's a Victure WR1200 AC1200 Dual Band Wi-Fi Router

The product details on my order history must have been wrong, so how am I supposed to set it up then please?

I have had it since July 2023 and it worked fine until last week.

@pvcpro73 Just check that on the 2nd Router that the Ethernet connection is on the WAN port that it has, and on the Sky hub that the cable goes to a Lan connection on that side...

I think I tried that last week when trying to set up the garden ring device, it said connected but no internet.

I'll try it again to double check.

I just connected the ethernet to the wan port on the second router and it's working, teste 2.4 and 5ghz and both good.

Came back into the house to connect to main router wifi and all seems good.

I wonder why it worked okay for almost 2 years when I had it connected to a lan port?
