Discussion topic: Sky wifi isn’t connecting to sky q box

My sky WiFi isn't connecting to my sky q box however the instructions says I should hold down the 2 arrow buttons down to reset on my router. I don't have this on the router and connecting with username and password is failing too. Please help!

What hub do you have ?

On the sky broadband hub sr203 the wps button is hard to find down the right hand side of the hub
