Sky wifi but no internet

Have always connected my laptop to internet via wifi.

Recently changed to Sky broadband.
Laptop connects to wifi but will not now connect to internet. Can only use when connected to router via cable.

Are other devices working okay?

Yes.
TVs, Mobiles, etc all connecting.

Laptop finds wifi and accepts password but states No Internet.

Have removed, updated and reinstalled drivers but still can't connect.

I would suggest you need to get in contact with the manufacturer then. Does the laptop work on other WiFi networks?

Yes. No problem in other locations. Seems to be a compatibility issue with the Sky Router.
