What are Sky doing to resolve the above issue?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs customers ere we can't say why it is doing this but if you see the same after clearing your browsers cookies and cache and it does the same if using incognito mode then you will have to call Sky to get the order placed.
