My name is Maryann,My sky account cannot be connected to my television,I have been trying to connect my to to sky account but this has been impossible because it will always tell me to try again and since the ultra fast package was installed for me,I have been able to use the Wi-Fi,but not the streams
secondly please I will like to understand the payments that are being deducted from my account
as of today
I have paid around £37
please I need urgent attention cos am affected seriously, please and please

If your devices are connecting to your Sky hub but the issue is to do with your streaming services the issue is unlikely to be connected to your broadband service but probably to do with whatever Sky TV services you buy. Do you have a Sky Glass TV that isnt working?
