I have a sky mobile sim and sky broadband I have no connection on mobile at home but cannot update news etc from WiFi and my sky picture is corrupting numerous times during a program. It is all rubbish

Find out more@Dem13 check there is not a line fault by running the connection test in the My Sky app. If thstvis clear and your hub is connecting at its proper speed the issue is most likely with the WiFi signal in your home which if it is poor will make sreaming video an absolute pain. There are things you can do to sort wifi yourself like moving the hub to a better position in the open high in a room and restarting your hub to make it find a less congested wifi channel but beyond thst you may need extra kit which Sky will supply at a cost or you can buy yourself.
