Sky tv apps keep buffering while streaming with apparently with faster speeds

While streaming the apps through Sky box the program I'm watching keeps buffering I had new supposedly faster broadband installed but I believe it is no quicker and I'm very disappointed with the delivery speeds while I check speeds on my sky app and it is telling me that everything is all good but it obviously isn't please advise
