Sky telling me my speed is good but I can’t see it

Run tests on my broadband 2/3 bars. Sky saying they have run tests and it's higher then the agreed minimum figure. But no snap shot so I can see it 🤷🏻‍♂️. They could just be saying that I want to see evidence! Any ideas?.

How are you running these tests?  Are you doing it over wifi?  What doe the router stats show?
