Sky telephone support number which is manned?

My mother's activation date was 3/4/25 but a message says she must reschedule. Next date is 15/4? She is moving over from BT , how can I speak to a person about her account, the app messages are sending me round in circles; the support telephone voicemail says department is closed and call back 9 am to 9 pm, 7 days a week% it is 12.59 on a Friday

Sky may not speak to you as you're not the proposed account holder.

There's a definite problem with the phone system today at Sky with them saying the department is shut. I'm trying to speak to someone but I've spoken to people a couple of times over the past week so hopefully if you try again later they'll be up and running again.
