I've just joined sky broadband and talk today, I want to use sky talk shield but can't get it to work. On the my sky app it says sorry can't use it and it's a problem skys end. Do I need to do something to make it work??
Hope someone can help me please, is it a problem with sky set up, or do I just have to wait until it works?

For SVBN, a voice will say "hi your through to Sky"
For Non-SVBN lines, it will say "welcome to your open line test facility"
This will tell you if your line is part of the Sky network or being run by Openreach in the exchange.

Hi I will try it soon, I take it if it doesn't give me the sky reply I won't get sky talk shield?

When you call you will be asked if this is about Sky mobile say " No ", you will then be asked the nature of the call say " Technical ". You will then be asked for a mobile number give it if you are not already calling from your mobile, you will then be asked to hang up when you get the text " DO NOT HANG UP". You will then be asked do you wish to hang up say " No ", you will then be put into the queue to speak to an advisor.
