My Sky switch has been delayed by Sky (was due on 17/03 now due 14/04), my previous supplier will cut me off on the 17/03.
Do I just have to go without internet because Sky can't arrange things properly? The switch request was submitted on 14/02.
Tried calling multiple contact number where I've spoken to a robot which doesn't help at all.

If you have placed a one touch switch or a transfer then your previous provide will have been informed of the change and will have to change the cease date
if you placed a cancellation before you placed your order with sky then you will lose your old service or you will need to speak to the old provider to remove the cease and then to sky to ensure the correct order type was placed

I would still speak with your existing supplier to confirm the delay. The OTS is stillin its infancy & what should happen doesn't necessarily mean it will...

Yeah esp when it was delayed by a year as virgin snd talk talk couldn't get it to work 😉
