By far the most common cause of pixelation on Stream is poor WiFi as the pucks need decent speed say 35Mb/s for UHD AND a stable signal not affected by interference. You can help improve things by making sure both the hub and the puck are out in the open and on a surfaceso they are above obvious obstructions beyong thst you are into needing extra kit.
In an ideal world use an ethernet cable.

Done everything except hard wire via Ethernet. Put in mesh system and still awful reception. Sky why do you just bury your head and ignore this issue ?
