Hi there, we can't connect to the super fast broadband. Everything has gone off, TV, phone etc. I have done a test through yourselves and it's saying all is fine...but it definitely isn't as when we're trying to connect we're just getting a whirring wheel!
The box has 4 green lights...but it's like as soon as we move away from the box I the signal has gone. We've got this wired in around the house and have never had this issue before.
