Sky service check is so bad I’m starting to think it’s wilful misrepresentation.
Every single time my broadband goes down ( a weekly occurrence) Sky service check states everything is fine despite the fact that I can clearly see there's no connection to the router.
There is absolutely no way a tool can be so poorly designed that it can't do a simple line check. I really think OFCOM need to look into this.

@Brizo247 I agree the test is poorly designed as what you see when you first connectvto the test is the last routine test result if you look carefully there is a time shown for that test. If you want to seee the current result you have to click to run the test again.
