Dull question but you did reassign the blink door bell to the new Sky Network name ? ie old SKYXXXX , new SKYYYYY
The only other thought is that Blink runs on 2.4Ghz so that needs to be enabled on the router.

I did reassign to the new SKY network but I don't know anything about 2.4 xx.
Do you know how I could check it and change the router if necessary. Thx again.

In a web browser (Edge, Chrome , Safari etc ) do the following :
1. In the search bar type : 192.168.0.1
2. the username is ADMIN , the password is the password for your network
3. Select the WiFi tab
4. Try unticking synchronise 2.4GHz and 5Ghz to see if it makes any difference
All this does basically is splits the network into 2 , you could add a -5 to the end of the name of the 5Ghz for now

I typed in the code in the search bar which was fine.
I then tried to put in username ADMIN, and it wouldnt accept it. Where should I put ADMIN?
