Sky sending new router I didn’t request

My contract was ending so I phoned yesterday and Sky customer service helped reconstruct my TV and broadband. They said they had not recontracted thw broadband, but now I have seen Sky is sending me a new router and I am being charged for this.

 

why am I being charged for a router I a) did not request and b) when my broadband package is apparently the same? And how can I cancel this router delivery?

As we have no access to your account you will need to cal Customer Service who will be able to clarify the situation, possibly listening to your call.

Passing on the tips I have learned in over 23 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.
