Hi,
I cancelled my account (tV, Broadband, landline) and advised them it needed to end on 30th August (importantly for broadband as I work from home).
They've cancelled the broadband today (5th) but tell me it cannot be reinstated in any way. Is this correct?
People I've dealt with have given me zero confidence.
