Sky screwed up cancel date
Hi,
I cancelled my account (tV, Broadband, landline) and advised them it needed to end on 30th August (importantly for broadband as I work from home).
They've cancelled the broadband today (5th) but tell me it cannot be reinstated in any way. Is this correct?
People I've dealt with have given me zero confidence.

@TM14 it is correct if Openreach have disconnected the service that it is highly unlikely that it can be re-instated. Who made the error is unclear but make a complaint to Sky see How to make a Sky complaint | Sky Help | Sky.com
