Sky says we have 64mbs coming to the hub but Netflix is still dropping out and I have to restart my

My broadband was at 3mbps download and 0 upload. Had 3 engineers out. The last one replaced the box on the wall. Sky now says we have 65mbps coming to the hub but Metdlix constantly drops and I have to restart the router. Router disconnects from Sky Q box every hour or so. Upload still says 0 when I test it.

@Teal22  Are you running these tetst over wifi?  Can you do  test using an ethernet connected device?

@Teal22 Say also if you are still on a copper line connected to the OR Master socket?

I am doing it via WiFi.  The speed has definitely improved since he replaced the box on the wall. I can get 55mbps sometimes now. But the tv is only 15ft max from the router. It wasn't doing this before we switched to sky broadband. It is on a copper cable.
thanks.

@Teal22 Every time you switch the hub off there is a serious chance that the system will DLM the hub, lower the speed and try to give line stability. So unless your hub is completely off the Broadband DO NOT keep doing that because you have a sky Q or streaming issue for netflix whichever way it is being delivered!

Thanks. I will have to try something else. Switch off the skyQ box instead?
