Sky say there is no know issues in the area but why do me & my neighbour have no B-roads and then

So yesterday Broadband went out From 2 pm to 8 pm and we got told the problem was down to a problem in the telephone exchange.

it then went down again from 2 am to 6:45 am this morning for supposedly planned maintenance.

And now it is down again from 6:10 pm to God knows what time but yet Sky are saying there are no problems in my area but yet me and my neighbour Who are both on Sky are without  Internet. 
Please tell me why I'm paying for a service, but I am hardly receiving as getting really annoyed with this now.

Same thing happening here. My WiFi is often up and down but every time I run the test it says it's fine. My sky tv has had messages coming up saying there's no connection, I couldn't even get the app to load for ages, my security cameras won't connect but the test says it's fine.
