Sky said they fixed for my work vpn but still looks like being shared

Hi Sky advised that they fixed my fttp line and updated my sky max hub to work with my work vpn but it doesn't seem to have fixed the issues even after power down unplugging for 1 hour as advised.

on checking my ip address it only provides ipv6 with no ipv4 and this seems to be causing an issue.

my IT department advise this is common with sky broadband and the only solution is to change provider or keep wired connection which isn't suitable.

i read there seems to be a lot of issues of people working from home and sky not working with the vpn, if I had know this ahead of ordering I would have picked a different broadband isp

does anyone have a solution upnp doesn't help
