Sky's service checker

I'm experiencing lagging when gaming and buffering when streaming so why is Sky's service checker saying I'm getting 515mbs when 3 different online checkers are saying I'm barely getting 150?!?!

Are you 'checking' from a wireless device?

Hi 👋,  yes the 3 tests where from my mobile and the sky test from the my sky app on my phone. All the devices in the house are wireless, I don't have anything connected via  ethernet.

Then the results you are seeing are for the local WiFi: the Sky checker (including in their app) shows speed delivered over optical fibre and ethernet cable as far as the Hub, not WiFi from it (which is always zero Mbs on the other side of a few walls)
