Sky router reboots randomly 3 or 4 times per day, losing internet

In the last week or two our Sky router has started rebooting at random times, usually 3 or 4 times per day.  When this happens it takes a few minutes before you can reconnect to it, and then a further slight delay before the internet connection is active allowing reconnection.

We aren't aware of anything in particular we are doing which causes this, or any device which might have an issue which has connected, but this is causing problems whilst working from home or online gaming and it seems there's clearly a problem somewhere.

Any ideas what could be causing this?
