I'm trying to change my router settings (have been for the past 3 months) my sky router still isn't showing in the product settings section of the MySky app.
Things I've tried:
- I've restarted the router many times.
- I've deleted and redownloaded the app. I tried deleting the app, waiting a few days then redownloading and still nothing.
I thought it was just a delay in getting the router added to my sky account but it's been 3 months now and I've been unable to change my WiFi settings at all, because for some reason, it's all locked behind the app and I can't change anything in the browser.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Brad95 If you have the white router and these settings have not appearded then you need to give Sky a call and report this so this can sort it. This is something that only Sky can do.
