Recently I've noticed a massive drop in my internet speeds. I used to get around 35mbps download and around 6-8mbps upload. Now I'm getting 5-10mbps download and 0.1-0.8mbps upload sometimes actually hitting completely 0. Absolutely nothing has changed with my setup. This is across all devices, wired or not. I found rebooting my router would temporarily put the speeds back to normal, now that does nothing and I've had these speeds for a few days now, I've had engineers come, they couldn't fix it. I've posted my router stats if anyone needs that. I've also noticed very recently that the WiFi icon on the top of my screen permanently has the little "!" next to it even when the internet is actually working.

The noise margins are raised and the upstream bandwidth is appalling at a speed of 256Kbps these factors indicate you have a fault that needs addressing by BT Openreach. Recommend you run the line test to see whether it will allow you to book another engineer in the Sky App and if it doesn't you'll need to contact Sky directly by phone to book an engineer.

Alright will do, but is there anything in particular I should mention? As last time one came I said about the ridiculously low speeds, they replaced the filter but that didn't seem to do anything.

Only the things I've mentioned in my previous post about upstream 256Kbps speed when it should be around the 7-10Mbps or 30 times faster than you are getting and the raised noise margin on downstream bands. Does look like a low-frequency fault upstream and downstream is not too bad putting the fault more likely at the cabinet?
In the end, the engineer assigned to the fault will decide how they'll address the issue with the equipment they bring to the site to test equipment and line.
