Sky q won't connect to the Internet

I've had a new electric meter fitted which ment they had to turn the electric off. Now my sky q box won't connect to the Internet

@Claire-- if you have not done so reboot the Q box as it may have simply restrted beforectge hub was ready to connect when the power came back on.
