Sky q router will not connect WiFi reliably to internet

On my iPhone and iPad I can forget the network, rejoin - and the divice will connect to the internet. However, when I try to use the device later, connection to the internet has been lost.

I have tried rebooting the router and devices, alsohave set Briadband Shield to 18. All to no effect.

I have run a status check on line with Sky. It shows Wifi is connecting to devices, and broadband is fine.

I am beginning to thing I need to contact Customer Support and see if I can arrange for an exchange router but thought I would run this one past the community first. Any thoughts?

Does it happen on all devices or just your iPad/iPhone?

So the devices disconnect and wont reconnect without you forgetting the network and putting the password in again?

In the case of my iPhone and iPad, yes. But even when ai do that - the next time I pick the device up, I have lost the coneection again. Not sure what to do on Windows 11 laptop.
