Sky q hub upgrade

my sky q hub seems to be on its way out . It is slow at times when loading web pages over Wi-Fi and always having problems with my emails.  I have had the same hub sinc3 I got sky q a few years ago. How can I get an updated sky q hub

The successor models to the Q Hub (2016) are the Sky Broadband Hub (2019) and the Max Hub (2023)

 

Typically the Max Hub is only available through paying a subscription supplement.  Historically this has been true for the Broadband Hub as well (unless required for FTTP) but between now and the end of 2025 Sky has to replace all Q Hubs anyway because they can't support internet telephony once PSTN is switched off.

Slowness in your browsing is very unlikely to be an issue with hub age and more likely to be WiFi congestion.
