Sky q bix says no xonnection

Sky bedroom q box can't find connection have went through all things stated and still isn't working

@tommyb1988 Is this a Q box for connection to your TV from a Main Q TV unit, or are you trying to connect this Q box via Wireless connection to a sky broadband router?
