When I turn on the sky puck it's a blue screen with the message .... let's try that again. Press home button to refresh your connection.
press ok
press ok and takes you to settings
press network
says status excellent WiFi connection
network connection status says connected to broadband router connected to internet....
but still a blue screen ...
Only way to watch a programme is to use search ... no Home Screen at all
